How to use:

Add 2 scoops (52 grams) of Pure Protein powder to 500 ml of water or milk and mix thoroughly then serve it cold. The athletes can add each scoop to one glass of water or milk taking one scoop up to 3 hours before, workout session, and another one up to 30 minutes after that.
