How to use :

Take 2 capsules with water, fruit juice, or sport beverages two times a day. On training days: take 2 capsules 2 hours before and two capsules after your workout session. For best results, allow at least 2 hours between doses. Initiate use with half of a single serving to assess your tolerance to beta-alanine.


Note :

  • Consumption of this product may cause drowsiness and tingling in some people, which after a few weeks of continuous use reduces the severity of symptoms.
  • People under 18 years of age, pregnant and lactating women should not use this product.
  • Patients with chronic renal failure and liver disease should consult a physician or nutritionist before use.
  • Do not consume the total recommended daily dose in one meal and avoid continuous consumption (more than 2 weeks).
