How to use :
Take 2 capsules with water, fruit juice, or sport beverages two times a day. On training days: take 2 capsules 2 hours before and two capsules after your workout session. - Consumption of this product may cause drowsiness and tingling in some people, which after a few weeks of continuous use reduces the severity of symptoms.
